B. POLICY TITLE: TREATMENT OF STUDENTS With respect to interaction with students and prospective students, the president shall not cause or allow conditions, procedures, or actions that are unsafe, disrespectful, discriminatory, unnecessarily intrusive, or that fail to provide appropriate confidentiality. Accordingly, he or she shall not: 1. Violate any laws, rules, regulations, and procedures regarding collecting, reviewing, storing, transmitting or maintaining the confidentiality of student information. 2. Fail to inform students about what may be expected from the programs and services offered. 3. Fail to provide reasonable accommodations to serve students with special needs and offer services to students who have the ability to benefit. 4. Fail to inform students of this policy. 5.
