The College permits employees to elect to donate through payroll deduction accrued, unused paid vacation leave to the Central Wyoming College Foundation or Wyoming PBS Foundation.

PROCEDURE

A.  Employees, who have accrued a minimum balance of 20 days or (160 hours) of paid vacation leave, may elect to donate through payroll deduction up to three days (twenty-four (24) hours) per fiscal year of accrued, unused vacation leave to the Central Wyoming College Foundation or Wyoming PBS Foundation.
B.  Vacation leave donations are converted to a monetary value based on the base rate of pay at the time of donation. Vacation leave hours donated to the Central Wyoming College Foundation or Wyoming PBS Foundation are subject to all applicable taxes and benefit costs.
