PROCEDUREI. The college’s official
Non-Discrimination Statement will be maintained by the procedure steward for this procedure and be listed in the implementing process for this procedure.
II. This statement will include the same categories, and only those categories, for non-discrimination as those listed in the
Board of Trustees Policy IV. D. 1.a.2.
III. This, and only this, statement will be used in all places a
Non-Discrimination Statement is used, including, but not limited to:
A. Posted on the college website; and
B. Included in the Student Handbook; and
C. Included in the College Catalog; and
D. Included in appropriate employee recruitment and employment advertisements, forms, handbooks, and other uses as determined by the Director - Human Resources.
