Homework Response Forms

Teachers will send several Homework Response Forms home with students at the beginning of each year.  This form allows parents the opportunity to communicate with the teacher regarding the homework assigned.  A master copy of the homework response form is available from the administration.

If a teacher receives a homework response form from a parent, he/she will respond within 24 hours by telephoning the parent and resolving the concern.  A copy of the response form and record of the follow-up will be forwarded to the administration.
